The Saros 20 introduces a series of major upgrades over the Saros 10R. Suction power has been increased to 36,000 Pa, while downward mop pressure has been enhanced to a maximum of 13 N. The upgraded AdaptiLift™ Chassis 3.0 lifting system significantly improves obstacle-crossing capability, allowing the robot to overcome double-layer thresholds up to 4.5 cm + 4.3 cm. Additional upgrades include dust bag drying, an increase in mop washing temperature to 100°C, expanded obstacle recognition capabilities, and the introduction of SmartPlan 3.0. The exterior has also been upgraded with a brushed metal finish, improving both durability and premium feel.
The Saros 20 features a 36,000 Pa high-performance suction system, combined with the DuoDivide™ main brush system and a 100% anti-tangle design, delivering powerful deep-cleaning performance on carpets. For mopping, it applies up to 13 N of downward pressure and supports 100°C hot-water mop washing, enabling more effective removal of stubborn stains. The Saros 20 retains its 3D ToF navigation system, using the StarSight Autonomous System at the front and the StarSight Navigation System at the rear-left, while receiving significant software-level enhancements through algorithm optimization. It can now identify over 300 types of obstacles, with notably improved lateral avoidance accuracy, ensuring smoother and more precise navigation in complex home environments.
SmartPlan 3.0 is Roborock's next-generation intelligent cleaning system with advanced planning features. It analyzes home layouts and user behavior patterns to automatically generate and execute personalized cleaning plans.
