It is recommended to only use Roborock cleaning solution in the water tank. Other cleaning solutions may have different formulations that could potentially damage the water tank. Additionally, bubbles produced by chemical substances in cleaners may cause the mopping feature to malfunction. If you use the Roborock cleaner, please dilute it (dilution ratio 1:300) before use.

With the built-in voice assistant feature, you can use voice commands to control the robot and perform various tasks, such as starting or pausing its operation and initiating basic dock tasks.
Vacuum carpet first: The robot will vacuum carpets identified on the map when a cleaning cycle is initiated. It will then return to wash the mop pads and clean the remaining areas.
Deep carpet cleaning: The robot will vacuum carpets identified on the map twice using a cross-hatch pattern for thorough cleaning.
What distinguishes the "Cross" mode from the "Rise" mode in obstacle avoidance? There are four obstacle avoidance modes:
1. Rise: When a carpet is detected, the mop lifts and water flow stops for carpet vacuuming.
2. Avoid: The robot completely avoids carpets.
3. Ignore: Ideal for environments without carpets or where mats can be mopped.
4. Cross: Crossing mode is suitable for door mats or carpets. It crosses them without cleaning.
The dustbin filter inside the robot is an E11 filter (Efficient Particulate Arrestance filter 11 or EPA 11), rather than HEPA. It effectively removes 95% of particles with a size equal to or greater than 0.3 μm.
The robot features a rubber brush with detachable ends on both sides.

Usually, we suggest customers put device on dock all the time if it is used every week. After battery is fully charged, only mother board of device is charged and customers don't need worry battery is fully charged for a long time and may decrease the lifespan. Besides, the device will turn off auto without any operation after 24 hours if it is not on dock and customers have to manually hold power button to turn on it, which is not convenient if it is often used. Of course, we still suggest customers turn off device if it will not be used for several months.
