Support for your Roborock Qrevo Edge
The Qrevo Edge S5A and Qrevo Curv S5X share the same advanced robot vacuum technology and offer identical functionality in terms of cleaning performance. The major differences between the two models lie in the design of the docking station. These design variations cater to different user preferences and specific needs, but the core cleaning capabilities remain the same.
The DuoDivde brush is certified by SGS with 0% hair entanglement rate and 100% hair removal rate. It solves the problem of decreased cleaning efficiency caused by hair entanglement on the main brush and reduces the risk of main brush damage due to hair entanglement, making the robot vacuum cleaner more durable.
The Qrevo Edge S5A and Qrevo Edge share many features but also have key differences:

2. Our Robots' Wi-Fi Support:
Our robots currently only support the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi band and do not support 5GHz at present. We have already fed this back to the tech team, and support for 5G will be considered as an optimization plan in the future.
3. Solutions for Wi-Fi-related Issues or What can users do if they only have 5G band Wi-Fi:
