Please clean the Dustbin, Rear Filter and Front Filter, and then try again. If the issue persists, please remove all accessories, including the brushes, Baton, or Flex Tube, and test the main unit alone to see if the issue goes away.
It's possible that something is entangled in the brush. Please clean the brush and check if it can rotate freely and then try again.
Make sure the machine has sufficient power. Try again after recharging.
The Multi-Surface Brush and Motorized Mini-Brush are equipped with overcurrent and overheat protection functions. When the brush becomes entangled or the motor temperature is too high, it will stop running to avoid potential danger. Please remove and clean the brush according to the maintenance instructions in the manual. Wait for the motor temperature to drop before using it again.
Carpet Boost recognizes carpets according to their surface roughness. Carpets with short and smooth pile may not be recognized. These carpets can be thoroughly cleaned without using Carpet Boost.
