Support for your Roborock H7

The Roborock Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner H7 features a sophisticated power management system. It will automatically stop charging and enter low power standby mode when the battery is fully charged. The machine will resume charging when the battery level drops to a certain level, so that there is no risk of overcharging or frequent charging affecting the battery life. Please feel free to keep the machine connected to the charger or charging stand.

The Roborock Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner H7 features a sophisticated charging and discharging management system. In the heat of summer, the battery temperature may increase after use. To prolong battery life and ensure safe charging, the machine will wait for the battery to cool down before charging. As a result, the vacuum cleaner may take longer to charge in summer.

The Roborock Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner H7 comes with some magnetic accessories that can be attached to either side of the wall mount. These accessories include the Crevice Tool, Dusting Brush, Flex Tube, and Motorized Mini-Brush. Gently rotate the accessories to remove them from the wall mount. Do not use force to pull the accessories from the wall mount.

When the vacuum cleaner is charging or in standby mode, press and hold the Sustain button for 5 seconds to activate Child Lock. The vacuum cleaner will not start when Child Lock is on. Press and hold the Sustain button again for 5 seconds to turn Child Lock off.

It takes about 2.5 hours to fully charge the vacuum cleaner (from 0% to 100%). The battery temperature will increase after continuous use in MAX mode, which will also increase the charging time. Please allow the machine to cool for 30 minutes before charging.

In Standard mode, the run time is approximately 45 minutes. In MAX mode, the run time is approximately 8 minutes. In Eco mode, the run time is approximately 90 minutes. If Carpet Boost mode is activated, the run time is approximately 20 minutes. The above run times may vary slightly depending on the ambient temperature , surface, and other factors.

In standby mode, the screen will turn off automatically after 30 seconds of inactivity. The machine will then turn off automatically after a further 30 seconds of inactivity.

Press and hold the Mode button for 10 seconds to enter the language selection interface. A cursor in the form of a caret (^) is displayed before the currently selected language. Press the Mode button to switch the cursor. If the cursor is before an unselected language, press the trigger to select the language. If the cursor is before a selected language, press the trigger to exit. You can also exit the language selection interface by pressing the Sustain button. The machine will then turn off automatically after 30 seconds of inactivity.

 The vacuum cleaner may be running in continuous mode. Press the Sustain button to exit this mode and then stop the machine. It's also possible that something is stuck in the trigger. Press and hold the Sustain button for 2 seconds to stop the machine.

The Sustain button is a small, round button located on the handle on the left of the screen.

"MAX" on the dustbin indicates the maximum dust holding capacity. When the dust reaches or exceeds the MAX line, please promptly empty the dustbin to ensure optimal performance

These are the molding lines of the dustbin and are not cracks. They are normal and will not affect the performance or sealing capacity of the machine.
