Support for your Roborock Dyad Pro

The following features are unique to Dyad Pro.
1. Dyad Pro supports auto drying feature which can dry the rollers to avoid ordors.
2. Dyad Pro's rollers can alternate the cleaning direction during self-cleaning for better cleaning performance.
3. Dyad Pro supports automatic detergent dispensing. You can add cleanigng solution directly into the detergent cartridge without having to dilute it before use.
4. Dyad Pro supports app control. You can start/schedule auto-drying and self cleaning remotely via app. Firmware updates are supported.

5. Edge cleaning ability has been improved from 2mm to 1mm.

Keep the machine upright and press Power button to light up the screen and enter standby mode. Press and hold Self-Clean and Change Mode buttons until you hear the "Resetting WiFi" voice alert. The vacuum cleaner will then wait for a connection.

It can only be connected via Roborock app.

The detachable parts, including rollers, roller cover, water tanks, and filter, can be rinsed with water. Other parts containing electronic components cannot be rinsed with water. The tray of dock can be rinsed and the body of the dock cannot.

In order to prevent dirty water from leaking out, do not lay the body flat or tilt it over 60° when dirty tank in place. To clean and inspect the machine, turn off the vacuum cleaner and prevent it from starting accidentally. And then remove clean and dirty water tanks and make sure there is no water in the cleaning head.

The only thing you need to do is to add detergent into the detergent cartridge. Dyad Pro will automatically dispense certain proportion detergent and mix it with clean water.

By default, drying starts automatically after self-cleaning is completed, user can disable auto drying through the app. To manually start or stop drying, press the Power button on the docked vacuum cleaner. User can enable Smart Scheduled Drying through the app and the dock will determine whether the rollers need to be dried at a scheduled time.

The Dyad Pro can be used for cleaning up dust and dirt (such as dirty footprints, coffee stains, and juice stains), small items of dry trash (such as cereal, fluff, and bits of food), wet trash (such as rice, porridge, eggs, and noodles), and liquid (such as water, soup, and drinks) on the floor.

Dyad Pro is equipped with a 900 ml clean water tank and a 770 ml dirty water tank.
