Please do not place the vacuum cleaner flat or upside down as the dirty water tank will leak. To clean and inspect the machine, remove clean and dirty water tanks and make sure there is no water in the cleaning head. Please do not turn on the machine as it may cause damage.

If the vacuum cleaner is fully charged and the screen is off, press the Power button to power it on, then press "Clean" to start self-cleaning.

The device will automatically stop charging and enter Standby Mode when the battery is fully charged. There is no risk of overcharging.

Yes, it's normal. There might be molding lines on water tanks. They are not cracks. The sealing performance of the machine won’t be affected.

The detachable parts, including rollers, roller cover, water tanks, and filter, can be washed. Other parts containing electronic components cannot be washed with water. The bottom part of the charging dock can be washed, but do not wash the top part as it contains charging electrodes.

No. Only use Roborock cleaning solutions for the device. Do not add other cleaning solutions in the water tank or on the floor.
