The key differences between the two models are as follows:
Before first use, please complete the following setup steps:
Once these steps are complete, your robot is ready for use. For detailed instructions, please refer to the user manual included in the package.
The core features of the Saros 20 Flow include:
The Saros 20 Flow delivers up to 36,000 Pa of maximum suction power and is equipped with the DuoDivide™ main brush featuring a dual anti-tangle design to handle everyday dust, particles, and hair. Combined with its approximately 8.98 cm (3.54 in) ultra-slim body, the robot can clean both open floor areas and low-clearance spaces. Its maximum cleaning width is approximately 27 cm (10.63 in).
The Saros 20 Flow uses the SpiraFlow 2.0 pressurized self-cleaning system. It continuously supplies fresh water through 16 pressurized clean-water outlets, spins the roller at up to approximately 240 RPM, and applies up to approximately 15 N of downward mopping pressure to help improve cleaning performance on everyday stains. The roller mop also supports automatic extension for edge cleaning and automatic lifting, and can perform re-washing and re-mopping based on cleaning conditions to help reduce missed spots.
With a body height of approximately 8.98 cm (3.54 in) and its liftable LDS, the Saros 20 Flow can access more low-clearance areas under furniture. For threshold crossing, AdaptiLift Traverse 3.0 supports crossing double-layer thresholds of up to approximately 8.8 cm (3.46 in) [4.5 cm + 4.3 cm (1.77 in + 1.69 in)]. Actual performance may vary depending on threshold structure and home environment. For edge cleaning, the extendable roller mop extends automatically along edges and works together with the side brushes to help clean walls and corners.
The RockDock smart dock supports high-temperature mop washing at up to 100°C (212°F), 63°C (145.4°F) warm-air drying, and automatic cleaning solution dispensing. It is equipped with a dust bag, a clean water tank, a dirty water tank, and a cleaning solution cartridge. In everyday use, most maintenance processes, such as mop washing and drying, are completed automatically. Users mainly need to refill clean water and cleaning solution as needed, and to clean or replace the dust bag and related consumables promptly.
The Saros 20 Flow is powered by a 6,400 mAh battery designed to meet the needs of larger homes. Actual runtime and cleaning coverage will vary depending on the cleaning mode, floor type, home environment, and usage habits.
For reference, in Vacuum Only mode (without the mop attached) at the lowest suction power setting, the maximum runtime is approximately 301 minutes, and the maximum cleaning area in a single run is up to 348 m² (3,746 sq ft). Actual runtime and coverage will differ in other cleaning modes.
Routine maintenance mainly includes the following:
For specific maintenance intervals and procedures, please refer to the user manual.
