The robot charges when the charging contacts on the robot and dock are properly aligned and connected. If the connection is poor, charging will not start.
Dock Indicator Light when robot is docked:
· OFF = Charging contacts are properly connected, and charging is working.
· ON = Charging contacts are not properly connected.
If the Indicator Light Stays ON:
1. Reposition the robot on the dock
Slightly adjust the robot until the indicator light turns OFF. This confirms proper contact alignment.
2. Clean the charging contacts
Check both the robot and dock charging contacts for dust, stains, or oxidation. Wipe them using a dry cloth or cloth lightly moistened with alcohol, or gently rub with an eraser.
3. Check the power connection
Ensure the dock power cable is firmly inserted into the dock and the wall outlet. Try a different outlet if needed.
After completing the steps, place the robot back on the dock and confirm the indicator light turns OFF.
Please try the following steps first:
Reset the system
Open the top cover of the robot and press the Reset button.
Note: A system reset will restore all current settings to factory defaults, including Wi-Fi and scheduled cleanups.
The position of the Reset button may vary slightly by model. Please refer to your user manual or the diagram shown in the app to locate it. You may also refer to this video for guidance: https://youtube.com/shorts/9F8as9-PbD0
If you continue to experience this error, contact Roborock Customer Support.
Each of these three mainstream systems has distinct strengths. The appropriate choice depends on your primary cleaning needs.
For households that prioritize ultimate mopping performance, especially those frequently dealing with kitchen grease and sticky spills, the Qrevo Curv 2 Flow's roller mop system is the better choice.
Complete the setup steps in the following order, and the robot will be ready for use:
Note: A Quick Start Guide is included in the box; please refer to the user manual for detailed instructions.
The main features include:
With a maximum suction power of 36,000 Pa and the DuoDivide™ anti-tangle main brush, the robot can clean everyday dust, hair, and debris. When a carpet is detected, the robot adjusts its cleaning strategy based on the cleaning settings, and the suction level can be adjusted in the Roborock app.
It uses dual spinning mops rotating at approximately 200 RPM with 8–14 N of downward pressure to clean floors through rotational friction. The mop cloths support extendable edge cleaning to help cover areas along walls and corners. When returning to the dock, the robot washes the mop cloths using high-temperature water up to 100°C (212°F) and dries them using 55°C (131°F) warm air. For heavily soiled floors, you can increase the mopping intensity and select a deeper mop washing mode in the app.
With a body height of approximately 7.98 cm (3.14 in), the robot can reach low-clearance areas such as under beds and sofas. It supports crossing double-layer thresholds of up to approximately 8.8 cm (3.46 in). For edge cleaning, the extendable mop and the side brush work together to help clean along walls and corners.
The dock supports mop washing, drying, auto-emptying, dock self-cleaning, and automatic cleaning solution dispensing:
Capacities: Clean water tank: 4 L; Dirty water tank: 3 L; Cleaning solution cartridge: approx. 480 mL; Dust bag: 2.7 L
Equipped with a built-in 6,400 mAh battery, a full charge takes approximately 4 hours. In Vacuum Only mode at the lowest suction power, it delivers a single-run runtime of approximately 256 minutes and covers an actual cleaning area of approximately 286 m² (3,078 sq ft). Actual runtime and coverage will vary depending on the floor type, the suction and mopping settings, and furniture density. If a cleaning session is not finished before the battery runs low, the robot will automatically return to the dock to recharge and then resume cleaning.
The robot uses RetractSense™ retractable LiDAR navigation combined with Reactive AI obstacle recognition to identify common household obstacles such as furniture, cables, and pet supplies. Software features include built-in voice control, third-party voice assistants, Matter support, video calls, multi-level mapping, and room/zone cleaning. Overlapping paths during cleaning are normal, as the robot plans its route based on the room layout to ensure coverage of the cleaning area.
Noise is approximately 64 dB(A) in standard Vac & Mop mode and approximately 56 dB(A) in standard Mop Only mode. Actual noise levels may vary depending on the suction level, Carpet Boost, auto-emptying, and other operating states. If you are sensitive to noise, you can select a lower suction level in the app, or use Do Not Disturb mode and schedule cleaning for a suitable time.
The main specifications are as follows:
The robot is designed for quick and easy setup. For first-time use, simply choose an appropriate location for the dock and follow the app instructions to complete the initial setup.
Dock placement tips: To ensure the robot can return to charge and work properly, place the dock against a wall on a hard, level floor (such as wood, tile, or concrete), and maintain at least 0.82 m (2.70 ft) of clearance above, 0.42 m (1.38 ft) on both sides, and 1.2 m (3.94 ft) in front.
